European stainless steel market demand is expected to rebound in September

European stainless steel prices fell over the past week due to weak demand. The EU's safeguard import quotas were reset on July 1, meaning that imported goods still held in port warehouses could enter the EU market, potentially leading to oversupply.

Due to the current market situation and the upcoming traditional off-season, the European stainless steel market is expected to gain traction in demand no earlier than September.
