Brazil expands AD investigation on cold-rolled stainless steel sheets from Indonesia
According to a document from Brazil's Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX), Brazil has decided to extend its anti-dumping (AD) duty investigation on imports of 304 cold-rolled stainless steel sheets originating from Indonesia by six months, starting from June 2 of this year.
There is sufficient evidence demonstrating that the products in question caused injury to the Brazilian domestic industry.
The investigation was initiated based on an application filed by Aperam Inox America do Sul SA, a local producer.
